Guy's Urban Challenge
Running, Spinning and Climbing in the heart of London... that's right, it's Guy's Urban Challenge 2018!
Date: Saturday 29 September
Location: Guy's Hospital, Great Maze Pond, London, SE1 9RT
Event type: Triathlon
Sponsorship target: £200
Join us for London's most thrilling 'urban triathlon' where you will firstly run 2.4km around Guy's Hospital, then spin 15km on a state-of-the-art Wattbike, before climbing 29 floors to the top of the Europe's tallest hospital building, Guy's Tower.
But don't fear, if you want to take on the challenge with friends and colleagues, then try the Relay option where you can split the event between two or three participants. One will Run, one will Spin and the other will Climb, but all of you will achieve Urban Victory!
There's more... if you want to take on the tower by itself in our solo Stair Climb option, starting in the event village and heading straight up the 648 steps of Guy's Tower, then you can also do that too!
After conquering whatever part of the challenge you take, you'll all be able to enjoy the spectacular views of London and a well-deserved celebratory party with unique finisher medals, goodie bag, a glass of fizz and more. All this whilst raising money for Guy's, St Thomas' or Evelina London.
