Free Wills Service

We are delighted to offer our supporters aged 50 and over the opportunity to write their will, or get an existing will amended, for free.

You are under no obligation to leave Guy’s and St Thomas’ Charity a gift in your will, but we hope that after looking after those close to you, you will consider a gift. In doing so, you will leave a lasting legacy that will support exceptional care for years to come.

We have two options for how to write your free will:

1. Online with Farewill

You can write your will online in as little as 15 minutes through Farewill, the UK’s number one online will writing service.

2. Visit a local solicitor

Meet with a local solicitor to write a will, or amend an existing will, for free.

How it works

  1. Simply answer a few questions about yourself below.
  2. We will pass your request to our partner the National Free Wills Network who will send you all the information you need including a list of solicitors, local to you, who are part of the Network.
  3. You then have 90 days make an appointment with your chosen solicitor who will write your will in the normal way.
  4. Once complete, we pay the solicitor on your behalf at a discounted rate.
